PACC
The Pepin Area Community Club (P.A.C.C.) was founded in 1997 as a 501(c) non-profit corporation. PACC meets each month, usually on the 4th Tuesday (check the event calendar for exact dates). All Pepin residents and business owners are welcome to attend any meeting.

The mission of the Pepin Area Community Club is to encourage and foster the development and enhancement of the Pepin area community by:
- Providing direction to, coordination and promotion of activities in the Pepin area.
- Fostering the retention and expansion of existing business and industries
- Encouraging and developing new industries and commercial enterprises
- Assisting the rentention of existing farms and ag-related businesses and cultivating the diversion of agriculture
- Maintaining a central source of development support information and to assist organizations and individuals with endeavors which will benefit the cultural, social and economic well-being of the community
- Strengthening the bonds of community residents, businesses, organizations and schools
- Protecting and enhancing the natural beauty of the area
Benefits of Membership
Members of PACC support the community through membership dues and volunteer efforts. 2010 dues are $25 for an individual membership, $50 for a business membership. The benefits of membership are as follows:

- Opportunity for advertising on the four Pepin Information Signs
- Representation by the organization at Village Board Meetings
- Representation by the organization in Mississippi Valley Partners
- Representation by the organization in various parades to promote the area
